Staging is used to present your home at its best so you can sell it faster and for more money. If the home is occupied, we use what you currently have and may add additional furniture and accessories based on needs and budget. If the home is vacant, we will provide rental furniture and accessories. We may recommend and can provide assistance with the purchase of additional or replacement furniture, accessories, lighting, window coverings, flooring, fixtures and paint in consideration of your needs and budget.
